One Mile at a Time. Road-trips, marathons and the daily commute. Here is a place for you to share in our journey. Friday, February 17, 2012. I have never been very consistent with blogging, and recently I've done much more with facebook and sending photos the the grandparents directly from my iTouch. I have become terrible at blogging. It doesn't seem fair that our Kate is now almost 5 months old, and there is almost nothing written about her. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Exterior painting is almost complete, although we are planning on painting the front door a fun color (current front runner is teal). Drywall is pretty much done, which means that the next steps are focused on finishing off the interior. Who knew one house had so. many. lights. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Go lettuce, GO! Thursday, August 6, 2015. Adventures in unpacking: Episode 1. The first order of business was to set up a safe space for the cat. I think her living conditions have been nicer than mine for the last few days! On Monday the movers came. By "movers" I mean the moving truck that we loaded ourselves about a month ago, that had been waiting in storage for us. When I say we loaded the truck ourselves, by "ourselves" I really mean my dear, amazing father and dear, amazing friend DAK.
