The CT scan showed that i had a very diviated septum (aka crooked) which was further causing my breathing problems and narrow nasal passageways. With surgery, Weigel said he could fix these problems via:. 2) Bilateral Turbinate reduction /turbinectomy on both nostril. 3) stenosis (collapsed right nostril rebuild/repair).
