Tuesday- Chicken alfredo with bowtie pasta, broccoli. caesar salad, garlic bread. Wednesday- Ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes. Thursday- Chili, crackers. Friday- Hamburgers, home fried potatoes. My daughter's school is closed once again related to icy road conditions, so I have my baby girl at home with me again today. I have noticed that when I have a child (or both) at home, it is hard for me to get any cleaning or other household things done. Most of my day is spent trying to keep her entertained or to keep her from making messes! A few of my favorite things.

Had a long weekend at work and now everything is covered in snow and ice so I am trying to plan the week with my 5 year old driving me nuts. She wants to keep going out in the snow! So here I go! Cheeseburger Pie, green beans. Sausage Jambalaya, garlic cheddar biscuits. Tacos, refried beans, chips and salsa.

Italian Sausage Potato Soup. My favorite soup ever! Italian sausage cooked and chopped. Potatoes , sliced in half,and then in 1/4 inch slices. 4 slice bacon, crumbled. Cups kale, chopped. Place onions, potatoes, chicken broth, water, garlic in pot, and cook on medium heat until potatoes are done. Turn to low heat.
