July 3, 2010. 最近，有一位老师的教书方式得不到学生们的认同每一位学生都很讨厌她我并不讨厌她，只是不能适应她的教书方式有的时候，我在想那位老师的教书方式没什么不妥她有一句话我非常认同的I would like a C student with understanding rather than an A student without understanding 我相信每个老师的教书方式都有他的理由每个老师都希望看见学生们的成就看着他们从不会到会看着他们从不懂到懂这就是老师的成就感没有老师会希望自己的学生失败他们是真真希望学生明白，不是死读书打也好、骂也好就像父母一样对待自己的孩子不久前，有位老师告诉我说现在的学生，动不动就要投诉所以，做老师要时常更新自己的教学方式她还说现在的大多数学生都是靠填鸭式考取优秀的成绩和以前的学生奋斗的精神差很远所以说，我们那个令很多学生讨厌的老师只是想为我们好不要我们以填鸭式考取好成绩我明白，更了解她的教书方式想想，我也是那样的老师要学生明白而不是死记做老师，真的很难做一位好的老师，难上加难.
