The moment I leave the house I start being hungry. As my flight was early, I didn’t have the time to eat before leaving. So, protein shake. As I didn’t want to carry the shaker with me all weekend I poorer the shake in a bottle. I could drink it on the train and dispose the bottle when empty. A day at home. A bit of nuts.

A topnotch WordPress.com site. My daily struggle with my weight. I think I can say I limited the impact on my diet this weekend. Thank god I was with 2 wonderful friends’ of mine who are on a pre TLV pride diet. It helped a lot. We had healthy food (chicken apstrami and 0% fat yogurt). We run. We walked. Yesterday was a bit more difficult at the airport and on the plane. But I managed although I should have gone to the gym. A weekend abroad: departure. A weekend away is always super tricky.
