Friday, October 31, 2008. 1 package stewing beef. 1 cup raw pot barley. 1 onion, chopped. 2 carrots, chopped. 2 large potatoes, chopped. 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables. 2 cans beef broth. Soya sauce to colour and flavour. 1 tsp dried parsley. Cut beef pieces into bite size pieces if necessary. Add everything to the crockpot. Add water until everything is covered. Cook 6-8 hours on low. 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup chopped onion. 1 cup sliced carrots. 1 cup diced celery. 1 cup cubed potatoes. 6 tomatoes (4 cups).
