Just another WordPress.com weblog. Day 1 – Chest & Back. Wow, Day 1. Here we go! I had to skip the decline pushups, I was too weak by then, and substituted normal pushups on my knees instead. Again, I did 7 for 1 set in the fit test, and on Day one we are asked to do 12 sets! Ab Ripper X: This destroyed me! Just another WordPress.com weblog. Vertical Leap: I forgot to measure this one. Toe-Touch: I can barely touch my toes. Wall Squat: 60 seconds. Biceps Curls: 10 reps x 20 pounds. In and Outs (this is an exercise to test your ab strength): 15 reps. Heart Rate Maximizer: I didn’t have the monitor yet to measure, but I bought monitor a few days later. But I measured my resting heart rate before day 1 and it fluctuated between 75 – 80 beats per minute. Body Measurements prior to Day1:. Body Fat % = 17.5.
