Out with girls on Sunday : ). Grete invited me to come playing myrfotball on Sunday. In the morning I did my power training and checked that some football in the evening should be fine. So we went. When we got there, we discovered that the field is too soft and we decided to play rugby. Finally we played around one hour and the time passed by extremely fast. What a game! That was definitely much more fun than to go out to cinema on Sunday evening 🙂. Getting closer to the winter. Send to Email Address.

Üle pika aja jälle võistlustules. Seekord alustasime uut aastat Kontinentaal karikasarjas Falunis. Laupäeval oli paarissprint, kus saavutasime 9. koha. Teisel päeval oli kavas individuaal, mille Kail lõpetas 11. ja Han 25. kohaga. On märke, et talve alguse kurnatusest on üle saadud ja vorm hakkab tõusma. Getting closer to the winter. Last weekend there was Norwegian summer championships and traditional supersprint in Lillehammer. Kail hacked with Gopro, enjoy! And time for flying. Get ready for landing. Time to get down. Do not fall behind. I want to see it. Kail: On 6th September we did some short max sprints with roller skis and I fell. I checked that it is not a big deal and on the next day I participated in test competition, but on 9th September the wound went worse and I had to slow down, happens 🙁. Proudly powered by WordPress.

Nice end for this winter. This season was definitely something new for us. We moved to Trondheim and it was a really big change. It was really fun to train there and we worked hard, maybe even a bit too hard. So unfortunately the results weren`t as good as we expected, but we will keep our heads up, because sometimes you have to give more time for changes, especially if you believe in them. Hey Ho, Lets Go! Enjoy the video about our treadmill test, because we enjoyed it : ) And Thanks to Vegard and Kristian for counting the seconds and motivating! We are back in business : ). At first shortly about the time at home during the spring. After the winter season and ski trip in Oppdal, it was really nice to be at home and put the legs on the wall and feel how the energy started to flow back into the body. After some time, when the battery was full again, we started to visit our sponsors.
