Thursday, March 05, 2015. Malecon Closed to Traffic. . .Again! Look at the muscles on those cyclists! It looks like your are having a busy, warm, and wonderful time. Dont come home anytime soon - it was 15 below zero F at my house this morning! Go, active folks, go! Tri-athalons are exhausting. Just thinking about them. I need a nap. Were due for an annual bicycle race here in about a week.but I dont think there will be nearly as much bare skin showing! It looks so warm and nice there! A Canuck in Cancun.

Mazatlán México Daily Photo: Susana, Artist and Teacher
http://kate-mazatlanmexico.blogspot.com/2015/03/susana-artist-and-teacher.html
Tuesday, March 03, 2015. Susana, Artist and Teacher. A few days ago I went on a house tour, which is always fun and well-organized, a benefit that gives financial help to many different groups. One casa we visited is the home of Susana, located in Centro Histórico. Even without a common language it was clear to me that this artist, who gives workshops, is a very special and vibrant woman. I like how organized here paints are. She looks to have the gift of gab too. Most artists do. So shes a painter?

February 26, 2012. These photos are in your face. Well ok, they are in. And yet, I wasn’t shocked. It must be surgery-fatigue. I’m not even shocked anymore. But I didn’t want some poor soul happening upon this site by accident and being greeted by my dissected neck. With their morning coffee. It’s a bit much. To see my latest surgery in all its technicoloured glory, you have to click on these two links. Plate held against my dissected neck after the operation. Filed Under: Phase 5: More surgeries. 1 AUG ...

Q is for Quest. May 11, 2010 at 11:14 pm ( Uncategorized. Q is for QUEST. Quest which means ‘to seek’ or ‘search’ is a trait of any human being. It is the basis of all our desires, either material or immaterial. A human life is incomplete or meaningless without the quest for love, affection, knowledge, spirituality, wealth and many more things. Quest is the mother of all inventions. If not for the hunger of knowledge or to learn more, none of the discoveries would have taken place. And also a conQuest.

Mazatlán México Daily Photo: August 2009
http://kate-mazatlanmexico.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 01, 2009. When we lived in Mazatlán during the winter months, the view from the terrace both day and night was spectacular. Watching the cruise ships arrive in the morning and then depart at night, sitting in a chair either under the sun or enjoying the cool night air was very enjoyable.
