The first time I tried the Whole30 program was for 30 days only. I followed the guidelines beautifully and felt worderfull afterwards. The summary of those 30 days can be found in the page. My First Experience with the Whole30 Program and Paleo eating. After the 30 days, I tried to still follow the rules most of the time. But with time I ended up giving in more and more, and some of my pains or other bothersome little thingies started to come back.

What is the Whole30? According to their own site Whole 9. The Whole30 program is a "nutritional program designed to change your life in 30 days". The main idea is to re-educate people on how and what to eat in order to improve life on both physical and psychological aspects. The physical aspects the program claims to improve are body composition, energy, quality of sleep, attention span, mental attitude and athletic performance. The list of more and less healthy foods are as follow. Meat, Seafood and Eggs.

With the Whole30 Program and Paleo eating. I workout with a group trainer named Miss Victoria. She comes to our company campus and gives us classes there. But she tries to teach us not only how to move, but also how to eat and live. Live Honestly. Train Mindfully. Laugh Loud. Love Strong. And so did I! With the Whole30 Program and Paleo eating. 5 months after trying the Whole30 Program for the 1st time, our group decided it was time to try it again. Not all the participants on the first try signed up for the second round, and we got some new folks. But this time it will be different. We'll not only do the 30 very strict days, but we'll also do the re-introduction phase afterwards. The re-introduction phase will serve to show us what exactly are the types of food that affects us, how and how much.

So, I didn’t blog last night again…this time it was more because of guilt and not knowing what to say than forgetting or being too tired. I went off the diet yesterday. I don’t have a great reason either. I did lose weight. I lost another 2 pounds in fact…. The rationale that I gave myself was this –. 1) Brent and I were talking just the other day about how we cannot stay on this diet past the 30 days because it’s just too expensive.
