The award is given to a lead author in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied who has graduated with their PhD within the last 3 years. I am honored that the APA has granted me this award!

I spent 4 amazing years of college at Duke University in Durham, NC where I discovered my passion for psychology, particularly in the areas of learning and memory. I returned to Houston to attend Rice University for graduate school and have enjoyed applying psychology to the workplace in my research and consulting experiences.
