May 28, 2009. Our file is still messed up and supposedly has been escalated to the office manager. I called today and the office manager is OFF for the day. What kind of craziness is this? I am irate. The rate has gone from 4.3% to 4.875% since this has happened. Nobody can answer any of my questions. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm wondering if we would be better off going to the bank and getting a less expensive house. This stress is getting old and I'm wondering if it is worth it. View my complete profile.

June 2, 2009. So, after I called and spoke with the Operations Manager at the Corporate level of NACA, the glitch as mysteriously been fixed. The glitch that he could not find is now gone. Sounds a bit fishy on the Charlotte office's end to me. Was there really a glitch or were they just putting me off? June 30, 2009. We finally closed on our new home on Thursday, June 25th, 2009! Closing went smoothly and we could not be any happier. Wednesday, August 27, 2008. I took the kids blueberry picking with our mom's group. Although it seemed to take forever to gather a full pound of blueberries, we had a blast! The boys loved it! We were given a large Hunt's ketchup can and told to fill it full. The price would be $6 for all of them. WOW! Wednesday, February 11, 2009. Finally- -we can celebrate! For 5 years now, a tax lein in the amount of $7,200 has haunted us. Because we were unable to pay agreed upon amounts and the IRS adds penalties and other fees to balances unpaid, our tax lein reached $12,000! Today, after 5 years of struggle, we can proudly announce that the tax lein is paid off! Gone and gone forever! We even received a small amount back this year after paying the tax lein off. Many thanks and praise to God! Weight Loss So Far.
