I feel like I’m actually achieving something with my training at the moment….had 3 days off and I think it gave me the re set I needed. 418k in 33mins that’s with a 5min walk to start and finish so I am very proud with that. I got myself a personal trainer for 10 weeks back in March, and the one thing I said to him was I couldn’t and wouldn’t run….6 months later and look what’s happened! I think I’m broken!
