Thursday, May 28, 2009. 4 to 5 Cups Gram flour/Besan. 2 Onions Chopped lengthwise. 3 to 4 Chillis. 1 Table spoon jeera. 1 Table spoon rawa/sooji. 1 Mix all the above ingredients (do not add water) and leave it for 20 minutes. 2 Add a table spoon of oil and a few drops of water if the moister left from onion is not enough. 3 Knead into dough(very thick batter) , scoop out and deep fry. 4 Drain out when it turns into dark brown in colour and serve with green chutney and sauce.
