Some examples of commissioned work over the years. The earrings are about 3.5" long and the necklace is 22" around. It is made up of 100 fabricated 5.5mm sand dollars, set intermittently with 4mm garnet. The pendant is hand chased and textured and set with 9x7mm pear shaped garnets. Contemporary Indigenous Australian Artist. Naomi is a Contemporary Indigenous Australian Artist, a descendant of the Wiradjuri people of central New South Wales. She was born in Sydney but has made her home in Perth, for the past 40 years. In the last 14 years Naomi’s focus has been in acrylics and collage. I wanted to emphasize the light on the building structure, and rustic texture. This is the second and larger version of another painting I did in 9x12 inches in the past (below).
