Aber welche Massstäbe genau, damit bei der Beurteilung von Alternativen sinnvolle Aussagen entstehen? Da wird es schon schwieriger, gerade wenn der zu bewertende Tatbestand schwer greifbar beziehungsweise sehr qualitativ ist wie zum Beispiel Organisationsformen.
