Even from when I was very young, I recall thinking that we could probably find something better to do with sweet potatoes than overcook them in a Pyrex dish with nasty marshmallows. We just got back from the most magical trip to California. It was the kids first trip to Disneyland and it didn't disappoint! We had such a great time and made so many magical memories.
