Notes from the Nathan Hunter Design team. September 12, 2014. In-progress shots of a new sliding door using dalle de verre glass. We hand-cut these pieces from one-inch-thick slabs of cast glass. Then we assemble and embed them in a resin matrix. The possibilities are endless! Laquo; Previous post. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Plane it down, add a little paduak (the orange wood) and presto! March 26, 2013. March 14, 2013. In Notes From the Design Team. More pics of the PI Hall Table on my website here. Email chec...

Notes from the Nathan Hunter Design team. January 18, 2013. So much busyness lately with preparations for the American Craft show in Baltimore on top of the other ongoing projects! There’s a pile of chair parts on one table, a stack of curved panels on another and a mass of metal and welding equipment filling the spray booth… hmm, looks like a good metaphor for a cluttered mind. It seems that we can push ourselves to work more and more in order to accomplish a goal (we all do it, right? January 18, 2013.

I was lucky enough to be able to deliver this table in person, which was a real treat. The house is in a tiny coastal community on the Maryland shore.
