When I wake up early in the morning the house is quiet. I turn on the kettle. Turn on the heat. Take the dog for a walk. I love the quiet of my morning! Back in the day, when I heard some stirrings or cries from upstairs, I started to panic. My quiet had ended, way too soon, once again. They make their own breakfasts.
