Day Two started off really well with an excellent breakfast at the Lobster Trap. It was a continental breakfast, which typically means breads and jams, but this continental breakfast included homemade waffles as well. The food was excellent, the coffee excellent, and the service very friendly. If you're ever in Gananoque, stay at the Quality Inn! We had a very exciting journey through Montreal, Quebec. If you think Toronto is crazy, try Montreal!

Day Three did not start off quite as well as day two, mostly thanks to our hotel. We had the brilliant idea of packing up the van BEFORE going for breakfast in order to get on the road faster. Ben and Ella's uncle Jeff and Daddy packed up the van while everyone else went down for breakfast. The intent was that uncle Jeff and Daddy would eat while everyone else loaded into the van. Our final morning on the road was amazing! After spending last night in the outdoor saltwater hot tub, we greeted the morning with pancakes covered in real maple syrup. The first video is a tour of the chalet; you simply won't believe how nice these places are! The bed was heavenly - truly heavenly. The house was amazing! We were forced to accept a place sight unseen, and we have been a bit concerned about what we were getting ourselves into, but we really, really lucked out! We miss you all!

Driving the big U-Haul while trying to keep from being ill was not a fun experience. We also had a bit of a scare on the way as Ben's Daddy decided to stretch the gas in the U-Haul a bit farther than he should of and nearly ran out of gas before hitting a small gas station outside North Sydney. Pushing the U-Haul to the gas station would not have been a pleasant experience!
