April 2014 Highlights | Unfinished Lisa
https://unfinishedlisa.wordpress.com/2014/05/03/april-2014-highlights
God is still working on me. April started off on a very low note. On March 30th, we found out that our first cycle of IVF worked and I was pregnant. We were ecstatic. However, blood tests on April 1st revealed that the pregnancy was not progressing and that I would miscarry. Talk about a cruel April Fool’s joke. If you’re interested in the details, you can read more about it on my other blog. We met with our doctor to determine our next steps. The windows overlooked the beautiful golf course. New Address...

My Favorite Sites :. Sunday, July 29, 2012. Austria in Review - Part II - Old School :. Please forgive the blog silence and don't take it personally. As soon as we got home from Austria we both dove straight back into work and it has been an especially busy season for me, leaving very little free time. I have so many posts racking up in my brain and hope to get back at it regularly. Enough about that, back to our fantastic family vacation in the land of Markus' people! If you look back at the last post.

Last Chemo Infusion Tonight! Posted on April 11th, 2012. I can’t believe that I am actually typing the exciting yet unfamiliar words. It has been such a crazy journey getting to this point and yet I don’t feel like the journey is totally over. God has been so faithful to provide every step of the way, right now as I head into 2 3 weeks of rough side-effects I need to remember that he will continue to be faithful to help me every day. Sometime around May 10th) I am the most excited about this quick surger...

10 More Days | The Bootz Family
http://bootzfam.com/2012/05/10-more-days
Posted on May 1st, 2012. Once again I can’t believe that I haven’t had a chance to update this blog since my last infusion. Funny how it seems to take a waiting room at Stanford to give me enough time to sit down and write! So what is the good news? I have 10 more days until my last surgery! That’s what we did! Despite what Google has to say. But it grosses ME out. 8221; and he just says, “one more month”, “two more weeks” and now “just ten more days.”. No more…(I’ll spare you. I’d also love your p...

I’m “Coming Out” | Unfinished Lisa
https://unfinishedlisa.wordpress.com/2013/12/18/im-coming-out
God is still working on me. I’m “Coming Out”. Posted in My Life. I’ve been silent on this blog for awhile because I’ve been feeling like there was nothing I could share. Through it all, I’ve been reading books like The Infertility Companion. When Empty Arms Become a Heavy Burden. And Zita West’s Guide to Infertility and Conception. So you can understand why I haven’t been doing any book reviews…. Oddly enough, it’s easier for me to talk about this with strangers than with friends). But we’re starti...

My Favorite Sites :. Monday, August 6, 2012. Austria in Review - Part III - Lake Time :. Markus' parent's house is in upper Austria, just 25 minutes from Salzburg and about 20 minutes or so from different lakes in every direction. We spent much of our time walking around lakes and swimming in lakes (okay, okay.the kids and Stefan swam in the lakes). Our family motto on this trip quickly became, "A lake a day makes for a great vacay! Just a quick walk from the train station. Brought us here.to Attersee.

http://lettners.blogspot.com/2012/06/austria-in-review-part-1.html
My Favorite Sites :. Sunday, June 10, 2012. Austria in Review - Part 1 :. We began our journey from the San Francisco airport at 7:30pm. The 11 1/2 hour flight went smoothly but we were all looking forward to landing. We had a smooth and brief layover in Zurich, Switzerland. How many airports can you look out the window at your gate and see snow covered alps! Sunday morning after we arrived, around 1:15am, the kiddos woke up bright eyed and ready to play! They did a great job staying in their room playin...
