Stressful spring and summer totally destroyed it and I just did not have time or energy to attend to the matter. After spending a weeks vacation in Finland without thinking if anything and just sleeping and relaxing I announced that this autumns project is me. And Lumene sales at Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Tuesday, August 20, 2013. To a sexy goddess. Cake is ok for a goddess. Yes, one of my projects of ME, is also getting the fit back. I tried before summer, and did not succeed. I simply did not have time for exercise. But now, I try again. So, biking to work as usual, but on top of that 4 hours of some training at the gym weekly - and of course bit less candy. That's my recipe for it for now. Ideal Massi, don't mind the sweat (pic Heidi Westerlund). Too tiny Massi (pic Tuomas Venhola). To a sexy goddess.

Monday, October 15, 2012. Gastro Week at Aarhus: L'estragon. Last Thursday started Aarhus Gastro Week. Fine dining restaurant of this small city offered 3 course dinners with 250 kr (wine menu not included). We have been at Miro and Substans, so we decided to go to L'estragon on Friday, little, cozy, french restaurant in heart of Aarhus. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. Espresso, my kind of coffee. I love espresso. It is my kind of coffee. I am that kind of person that if I have a normal filter coffee in my cup (a big one), I will let it cool down. I love cappuccinos in the morning, and if there's no milk I prefer my morning coffee as americano. But if I am on the move, or it is already day time - espresso it is. Links to this post. Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Today I was trying on some coats - finally. I found out that one of my picture favorites, this dress on the picture was definitely wrong shape for me. Thursday, September 5, 2013. Operation skin 3rd week diary. First skin operation update here. I have cleaned my skin almost every morning and every evening (hey, I am lazy from time to time too! With Lumene's Sensitive Skin Cleansing Emulsion and toned it with the toner. And used the Comforting Eye cream and Daily Moisture Cream Gel. And if taken two showers, the Daily Moisture Cream. And I need to tell you: my skin feels very nice. Which makes me think: really? Is the hormone pumping really a good thing?

Friday, April 12, 2013. Dieting, day 3. I felt so crappy and bad in the morning after a breakfast, that I added calories for my lunch. Great, I did work better and harder. I suffered some headaches, probably the lack of carbons, but a half an hour of gym training and an hour of body flow made them to go away.
