Sunday, January 4, 2009. Whistle while you work. As a teacher, I enjoy being able to be off major holidays. I also get to relax and refresh over the summer months (I still work-but with my own schedule). I am usually ready to go back to school in August and begin an entire new adventure with new faces! Monday, September 29, 2008. I am so excited that the day has finally come! Tanner has started to take multiple steps. I have been warned numerous times by seasoned parents. That when Tanner begins walking, I will have wished he was only crawling. But, it's so amazing to watch him initiate steps without being persuaded. He is still a bit timid with each step, but with those steps comes great excitement from us! Tanner is our first child, and we are excited about almost EVERYTHING he accomplishes.

Two weeks ago today actually we flew to Florida for a conference of Jacksons. I just tagged along as usual.:) We stayed at the Gaylord Palms, it was fancy. They had their own alligators. Two friends talked me into this and said it was quite alright to blog about nothing.so here goes. Monday, November 2, 2009. This year we went to Arkalalah on Wednesday for the night parade. It wasn't the best parade, that will be why you see no pictures of it. We started off the night with the infamous bierocks.there IS a picture of that! I know.so good! I had 1 1/2 that night and 2 more on Saturday, yep they are that good. The kids sure had a good time between eating cheesecake on a stick.

Two friends talked me into this and said it was quite alright to blog about nothing.so here goes. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. So you see it's been about 5 years. I am hoping to go this year to the big parade. We go down after work on Thursday and eat, walk around, possibly ride some good ole carnival rides, and eat some more. Cheesecake on a stick comes to mind! I can't wait for this Thursday to experience it again and welcome a newbee into the annual trip. Laurie I hope you enjoy it! How big is Nessie?
