Friday, September 19, 2014. I can still remember when Niall turned 13 months old- it was like this slow morphing of a perfect angel into some kind of monster over the course of 30 days or so. I could see that sweet little baby slipping out of my hands and didn't understand what was happening. Well, I'll tell you what was happening-. Sunday, August 9, 2015. Ella and I made muffins while Lola took a nap. I used my favorite Paleo Banana Bread recipe, I have tried so many recipes and this one is THE best! I love it because it doesn't require any sugar. We threw in about a cup of blueberries and they were tasty. I freeze the muffins and pop them in the toaster oven when we are ready to eat them. I also froze the rest of the berries to throw in smoothies, yogurt and waffles. This recipe is from Civilized Caveman- I adapted it slightly.

This is a super easy, super delicious recipe for chocolate cake. It takes just 3 minutes to cook and serves one large serving or two smaller servings. 4 TBLS. flour. 4 TBLS. sugar. 2 TBLS. cocoa powder. 3 TBLS. milk. 3 TBLS. oil. 3 TBLS. chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts.
