Introducing Noah: Time with Dad
http://introducingnoah.blogspot.com/2008/08/time-with-dad.html
The Chronicles of Noah's Adventures. Saturday, August 09, 2008. Kate's been a bit crook this week, which means more time with Dad :). But first, let's re-cap our Tassie-Exiles' time away at Avoca Beach. Noah had plenty of time on the beach. digging holes and shell-hunting mostly. As you can see, from Noah being in his dressing gown and jimmy-jams, we made an early morning trip to the beach (it was about 2 mins walk from the place we were staying). Just gorgeous. Back to this week. Happy Birthday Noah - 2!

The Chronicles of Noah's Adventures. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Blackheath was lots of fun for Noah. New places to explore. Ducks, and sticks, and a fire station. Old episodes of the Naked Chef to watch with his dad. What more could a kid ask for? Trains. That's what. We took a family ride on the Zig Zag railway. It was cool. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Happy times on trains :). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Noah is a little boy from Tasmania.

The Chronicles of Noah's Adventures. Friday, August 31, 2007. Put on those walking shoes! So after many attempts to make it happen by mum and dad (resulting in many 'first steps'), Noah has begun to walk - without holding hands! One week after his first birthday, he simply walked from dad to mum; about 9 steps. Very easily. We are very proud. Here's a video from a couple of days ago. A miniature fair experience. College held a 'winter festival', or miniature fair last weekend. Much fun was had. By the ti...

The Chronicles of Noah's Adventures. Thursday, September 27, 2007. I know Kate's been trying to get a post up here, and I don't want to steal any of her material, so here are just a few snippets on life. First, my favourite photo from the past little while. (Kate took it and she'll comment some more on it in her post). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Noah is a little boy from Tasmania.

Introducing Noah: Cooking, Cooking, and Giving.
http://introducingnoah.blogspot.com/2008/10/cooking-cooking-and-giving.html
The Chronicles of Noah's Adventures. Sunday, October 12, 2008. Cooking, Cooking, and Giving. Noah always likes to be involved in what's happening in the kitchen. And who can blame him when there is gingerbread involved? But Noah's enthusiasm for cooking has spilled over into his make-believe in the playground. He loves baking cakes - of all different flavours (chocolate, banana, etc.) - in the sandpit. I think this one was chocolate. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Noah is a little boy from Tasmania.

The Chronicles of Noah's Adventures. Monday, May 12, 2008. His first night was quite successful. it took a while for him to get to sleep as he was rather excited about being in a new big bed, but he only fell out once and slept well otherwise. The photo below is of his first day-time sleep in the new bed. He looks pretty happy there, I reckon. Monday, May 05, 2008. Noah's skills are expanding and being refined every day. Take, for example, his tower-building. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Diggers and Daisies: January 2009
http://diggersanddaisies.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 23, 2009. This is just before bedtime. Stories have been read, and (cool) baths had; it's almost time for sleep. But first, it's time for brother and sister to say goodnight. If anything, Noah is a little too enthusiastic. A cuddle becomes a squeeze, one kiss becomes three, and sleep drops right off his agenda: he just wants to go and hand out with Lily some more. Giggling is cool. But I still like smiles, too. And here she is, fresh from the bath :). Two quick things about Noah:. And her...

Diggers and Daisies: May 2009

Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Learning to Thank God for the Little Things. This evening, just as we were praying before sleep-time, Noah interrupted me to add this to our prayer. Dear God, thankyou for apples. And thankyou for cheese. And thankyou for vegemite. Pronounced: 'begemite'] . And thankyou for peanut butter. Amen. After tucking the little bloke in for sleep, I went downstairs for a consultation with Doctor Lil'. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Da Boyz Hit the City: In Pictures. Happy times for da boyz. Noah ...

Diggers and Daisies: April 2009
http://diggersanddaisies.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 24, 2009. House-sitting at Bondi afforded us a bunch of visits to the beach. Lily was rather happy with her time on the sand. Noah's the one on the left. We also took the lovely walk, south, along the coast. Fun times. I think the ocean air was good for us. Friday, April 17, 2009. Partners in Play-Dough Crime. Lily's sitting-up skills are coming along rather well. Noah and the Cross: the Easter Weekend. Sunday morning was pretty fun. Noah's bunny was hidden in the herb garden, of course!

Diggers and Daisies: March 2009
http://diggersanddaisies.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 23, 2009. Little Lily the Lovely. I guess it's one thing to say that Lily is becoming more expressive. It's another thing to show it. And *drumroll* another tooth! More reasons why Lily is lovely:. Those teeth aren't costing us in the happiness department. Lil' seems to be able to cut teeth without flinching. She's figured out sleeping through the night! Thursday, March 19, 2009. Remarkably, Noah actually went to sleep just fine when we got home. Friday, March 13, 2009. Some of the others a...
