Don't take yourself so seriously. A Tale of Kale. I've only known the wonder of kale for a year now. There is no logical reason why I had not tried it before. maybe it was to green? DON'T BE LIKE ME! EAT KALE. EEEAT IT! Here's my favorite way. followed by where I like to put it. 1/4 Cup Broth [veggie! 1 tsp Maesri chili paste with sweet Basil Leaves. 1/2 tsp Chili paste (I love the rooster brand). 1/2 lb Kale Ripped up/destemmed. Cook some polenta, top with kale, cooked mushrooms and an egg [or two].
