Apply for a grant. Oddly, so far nobody's asked us, "Where's the application form? Or "How do I apply for a grant? In fact, nowhere on this web site is there any clue as to how go about applying for a grant. There is a reason for that. Although it was begun in May of 2015, the NICER Foundation is not yet sufficiently funded to begin making grants. Therefore no application process has been posted here. We think that's very sad.
