Recently reported that on a global average women are paid 16% less than men. In the U.S., it's 22%. Read the article here. Why the big difference? It amazes me how women- this massive, obviously necessary group in human society- have remained so oppressed and so discriminated against for so long. Moreso than any other male minority.
