Espresso Pots de Creme. July 9, 2014. What I have here are espresso-chocolate pots de creme topped with espresso-flavored whipped cream and drizzled with a sweet coffee sauce. If that sounds familiar to the Starbucks customers among you it’s because I modeled the latter two components after the topping on SB’s new Caffe Espresso Frappuccino . I can tell you that drink is absolutely delicious and so is this dessert! But made a few alterations with the chocolate and added espresso powder here as well.

October 1, 2014. One of my fall rituals is to sit outside Starbucks under some twinkling golden aspen leaves with a salted caramel mocha and a maple oat nut scone. I look forward to that every year so you can imagine how bummed I was to find out that Starbucks has done away with those pastries. :(. He also likes music and dancing to it. He's still my snuggly baby. He's so chill and a complete opposite than Ollie. But he likes to tease Ollie too and would win all wrestling matches, and Ollie just takes it in stride. They play well together which is a relief for me. Ollie has been doing great!
