Was part of the USATF, New England Grand Prix Series, so I had an idea what to expect. Previous Harvard 10 milers:. It was a stellar day, about a 2.5 minute course PR. Wed - 5 am/ 3 pm.

Tuesday, February 24, 2009. The Old Fashioned 10 Miler. 6 Turtles made the trip to Foxboro on February 15th for the Old Fashioned 10 Miler. The race ended up being a. Clash between Larry Walker and Jake Schieffelin. Making it Happen…. Training for the week 4/1 to 4/7 was about laying low, recovering, and staying out of the way of speed or anything else that might aggravate the hamstring attachment issue I re-injured a few weeks back at the Cupcake.
