Had another job in providence. that ended after i went through training. they let me go. my hours wouldn't work for them. even though i was very clear before they hired me that that was when i was available. oh well, they paid me to teach me things. that's fine. Sunday, February 21, 2010. I forgot how far away cincinnati really is from rhode island. We made it to Tennessee Monday night and found a Chinese place to eat at. The place closed at 9 and we got there around 8:15 (we heard the lady exclaiming to someone about people that got there just as they were about to close! Never saw Lan. He was sick. Thursday, June 3, 2010. And the days go by. Have a plan; working on family history stuff. involving interviews with older family members and other things. a collection. (bought a voice recorder! Radio works now in the car. car doors all work. tires scare me when i go around sharp turns and on ramps and when it rains. every time. it'll go away with time, i hope. Banana plant and citrus tree came in the mail. They looked like %& and came in the tiniest box and were covered in dirt with torn up leaves.

Thursday, June 23, 2011. Just because you can. doesn't mean you should. Been away for a bit, and just came back to L. No toilet paper in the bathroom. flies coming out of the sink drain. vomit on the trash can. Oddly enough, there is only a penny price difference between living here and driving (gas). though i'd lose 3 hours of my life each day to the car, it MAY BE BETTER than dealing with the shit that goes on here. Sunday, May 31, 2009. Guess it's right now. Earthfest was coolyenvironmental. chris and i spent maybe half a minute just standing there and watching the music (it was seven mary three when we were by the band stand) before we just wanted to move on. there were buckets of booths with free food samples, so we juices and granola and fresh baked bread and a huge bowl of organic salad (one of my favorite things is free vegan food so it worked out).
