The Jackrabbit Chronicles: August 2010
http://jackrabbitracing.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
The simple explanation of a quest to live large and be healthy. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Max the film maker. I found this little gem on the point and shoot camera. Max made it all on his own- not sure how he managed to get the video going all by himself- pretty cool. This is the last 50 meters of Mt Washington. Friday, August 27, 2010. I should have been working on the House. I could not help myself it was beautiful out. When the cats are away the mouse has to play. Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Back at it...

http://c2qs.blogspot.com/2007/08/bear-brook-ride.html
Comeback in the 2nd Quarter Century. A blog about my return to racing along with training and related maters. Saturday, August 11, 2007. Location: Bear Brook Park, Allentown, NH. Time: 2:30 moving, 4h total. Trails like: The bastard child of The Fells and Kingdom Trails. I felt the need to get in some MTB action this weekend, so, with all of my MTB friends out of town, I decided to trek up to SoHamp and hit up Bear Brook State Park. I've been wanting to go there for a while since. All in all, I really li...

jtheskier: August 2010
http://jtheskier.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 16, 2010. Fall River Criterium, cat3. Fall River Criterium, I think this may go down as a race that few people love but few people dislike. It’s a great closed course: 4 turns, semi-technical, a fast downhill, and a moderate uphill to a long flat finishing straightaway. The fastest strong man will win a sprint. Weaker sprinters will be too gassed from the hill. Unfortunately, it’s hard to get very excited about racing in an industrial park. Boy did I feel lousy the morning of the race.

Hill Junkie: April 2015
http://hilljunkie.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Northeast Edition Climbing Guide Book. Saturday, April 25, 2015. A few readers may be familiar with John Summerson's series of books titled "The Complete Guide to Climbing (by bike)." First in the series featured the 100 toughest climbs in the United States. Several New England climbs made the selection. Since that release, John has published other regional guides, such as California, Colorado and the southeast. Now John has released a Northeast edition. Posted by Hill Junkie. Links to this post. Climbing and riding in New England and beyond. Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. Also makes for fascinating reading. A nice but sometimes infuriating site with a european focus. I don't find the interface terribly intuitive, and the pictures and ads sometimes make the site run painfully slow. This Swiss site has some other hills, but makes similar gradient maps to climb by bike. Sheldon Brown's Bicycle Gear Calculator. Has a few additional options. Steepest Average Gradient (min 2KM).
