Random Madness in Torrance: April 2012
http://www.randommadnessintorrance.net/2012_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 20, 2012. Mystery Shop - Tat's, Walteria. Has anyone ever heard of a shop once located in Walteria, CA. called "Tat's"? Perhaps from the 1950s or so. I have a little ceramic 'weed pot' (which is a small vase with a tiny opening for just one small branch or flower). Any info is appreciated and welcomed. Posted by So Cal Peeper. Links to this post. Random Madness in Torrance: April 2013
http://www.randommadnessintorrance.net/2013_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 2, 2013. No, this isn't a rant about the end of the world. I've decided to start blogging again, and resurrect this blog with all its warts and goofiness, plus add some links to my vintage Etsy shop. Yup, have a shop, doesn't everyone? Ooooh, here's one now -. Sleepy Owl, by Hokusai. This is a little tile I picked recently; it was lying in a bin of other stuff - amazingly undamaged. Why does he sport a little hat? Why is he on a perch? I haven't a clue, but he is awfully cute. Torrance Uni...

Random Madness in Torrance: December 2010
http://www.randommadnessintorrance.net/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 31, 2010. Pillow Covers R Us. I've listed my 24 pillow covers on craigslist - haven't gotten one bite. I dread selling these on ebay just because it costs me to sell them, what with the listing fees and drives to the post office. This one is a bit cool, as the printing is not just flocking or paint. It feels like the kind of texture you'd find on a movie screen - tiny beads. Posted by So Cal Peeper. Links to this post. Monday, December 27, 2010. Anyone need a free sofa? Links to this post.

Random Madness in Torrance: The reason I have hope for the future...
http://www.randommadnessintorrance.net/2011/12/reason-i-have-hope-for-future.html
Tuesday, December 13, 2011. The reason I have hope for the future. Is some young person made this parody. I long for the days when no one knew much about a candidate's religious affiliation. Really, does anyone know or care that Harry Truman was a Southern Baptist, Eisenhower was a Jehovah Witness, and George Washington was a Presbyterian? Why can't this current crop of proselytizing d-bags keep their holy underwear on the inside like, say, Abraham Lincoln? Is that too much to ask? Posted by So Cal Peeper.

Random Madness in Torrance: Fuzzi Pets
http://www.randommadnessintorrance.net/2011/09/fuzzi-pets.html
Thursday, September 29, 2011. Plan to make use of my old toy making skills and recreate a little plush I had as a kid.it was a favorite of mine, and have never been able to find one out there - I think it must have been a one-of-a-kind piece. If all goes well (keep fingers crossed) I'll make several - some for gifts, some to sell. Hint: it's made of sheepskin (PETA won't like it, but everyone else should.). Posted by So Cal Peeper. Random Madness in Torrance: May 2011

Sunday, May 22, 2011. End of the World, Part 2. Well, I checked with a reliable source - the world didn't end yesterday. I had read some people threatened to commit crimes and run amuck before armageddon. Our family experienced this first hand when someone stole my son's basketball shoes off our front porch. As for The Family Radio Network. And Harold Camping, I think you owe some of your members a refund. Or, you can recalculate your prediction. Again. Posted by So Cal Peeper. Links to this post.
