Monday, 14 July 2008. A few weekends back (I'm quite slow at getting around to writing these things up) me. Went to the Wyre Forest. We walked for a while. Then we came home. I wore my new walking boots. Oooh, except that the sky was blue and the sun was shining. TUNi ( my photos). 14 July 2008 at 21:12. I like it - minimalist blogging :) Style. Team Aching News: We Finished it....
http://team-aching-news.blogspot.com/2008/07/we-finished-it.html
Wednesday, 23 July 2008. So now I feel I should give everyone an overview of the event. For us it started at 5am on Saturday 19th July 2008. That was the time we all had to get up so that we could make the hour long journey along a twisty road to the start line. Unfortunately, the twisty road didn't agree with Andy's stomach and he had to start Trailwalker feeling quite under the weather. During the night I received so many texts of encouragement from my friends. They wouldn't have known at the time ...

Team Aching News: March 2008
http://team-aching-news.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, 30 March 2008. My presence on our lovely blog has been lacking of late and I'm feeling guilty. The truth is it's hard to keep motivated and keep the momentum going, especially when the other members of the team are all in Bristol :-( And with general end of term busy- ness. I'll be thankful :-). Sounds exciting, hehe. Hope they go well! Jenni planned a route that finished in Southease. And started somewhere that I can't remember the name of, near Steyning. And although I took my camera, I was con...

Team Aching News: December 2007
http://team-aching-news.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, 30 December 2007. Cars, cows and cattle grids. Watched by several dozen cows having lunch, we finally reached the top to see the expected stunning panorama of countryside laid out before us - thought I'd better take the time to appreciate it now, as I'm guessing there won't be time in July! We were somewhat sheepish when the field we had chosen instead ran out, and having to scramble over barbed wire does not a happy Jenni make! Saturday, 29 December 2007. Over Christmas Robyn and I decided it wo...

http://team-aching-news.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Monday, 23 June 2008. It'll be alright on the. day. I'm not sure whether we wrote on our blog that our start time for Trailwalker is 8.30am, which we found out a while back. Good time :-). Our first whole team photo (minus support crew! Details of our weekend exploits. This weekend we all headed down south to invade Jenni's house again (thanks Jenni and Jenni's family! With the intentions of a training walk along the South Downs Way. We planned to do the same walk that we did before. We had only managed ...
