The tone is caring and gentle, as if Thầy is speaking with us quietly, rather than delivering a lecture or “teaching” and he seems to be wearing a half smile (or full smile) the whole time. In this book, before he even brings up the topic of meditation, he talks about breathing. Breathing in and out is very important, and it is enjoyable.
