Not only cheese and chocolate. Inspiración en la cocina. Las terrinas son un plato tradicional francés. Yo las descubrí tras un viaje al sur de Francia hace 6 años. Desde entonces he querido hacerlas en casa, pero siempre he encontrado alguna excusa (yo les solía llamar problemas) como no tener el molde del tamaño adecuado, no tener la receta, no tener los ingredientes… Viendo el programa de los hermanos Torres, decidí aceptar el reto y dejar las excusas a un lado. 300 g de harina. 30 g de aceite de oliva.
