Monday, May 7, 2012. Personal Goal for this Week. Back in San Diego,* I was always at a piano. I taught it 6 lessons days a week, I was Ward Organist, and Choir Accompanist sometimes. Since we moved to Tucson, I haven't had much time, at all, sitting next to my old friend. I'm going to practice the piano for a half hour each day this week. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. The Last Harry Potter Movie. We're going Friday and I'm so excited! Honestly, my heart beats a little faster when I think about it. Peter's even excited (but I think that's because the trailer shows a lot of fighting). So sad to see the movies come to an end. When I realized I'd be leaving San Diego, I had a moment of panic that I had never worked at the SAN DIEGO. Temple. I think personal temple ownership and pride is special. Sunday, June 24, 2012. I'm really trying to keep up! We are having lots of fun this summer. It's certainly an adventure having all four kids at home at the same time. I always thought summer would be a lazy time with lots of down time to fill but I think I am much busier during the summer than the school year. Or maybe it's just 4 kids. Either way, it's still fun. :). We went to the "dinosaur" park in Anthem which the kids absolutely love. "How does THIS thing work? Love that little boy!

Monday, February 14, 2011. As some of you may know we are heading out to BC for the summer. I am BEYOND excited. I get crazy just thinking about it! Well our plan is to pack everything up and just put it in storage. So we've been going through our stuff and getting rid of stuff. We took 6 garbage bags to Goodwill, 2 to some friends, and I have 3 rubbermaids of stuff for my sister! We are on fire! We had an awesome time. I also got to do some more crafting for this night too! I got the recipe from one of my girlfriends back in BC. It has become a staple in our home. The ingredients are bizarre but it believe me you have got to try it! Thai Peanut Butter Stir Fry. 1/2 cup catalina salad dressing. 1 tsp lime juice. 1 tbsp apple juice. 2 tsp soya sauce. 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce. I will have to try this.

Birthdays are special and involve balloons, decorations, choice of dinner and personalized cakes. I'm certainly not the best cake decorator but I enjoy a good challenge.
