Maybe the progressive thinking is in relation to the circumstance of the Congolese who have gone before? But neither of these are the case; the work at Kimbilio and some further projects, one of which I have seen personally, in Katanga (the state that the city of Lubumbashi is in and projects that i will refer to in a later post) are simply extremely good examples of sustainable development in action.
