I've eaten more or less "normally", you know some indulgences like pizza and chips on one night and a biscuit or three with a cup of tea (ooh that rhymes! I've been avoiding blogging for the last few weeks, at first it was because I was in Dubai visiting my sister, but then I returned home and was met with the news that Leo, the man I was seeing back at Christmas, had died in a car accident near our home town.
