http://chasingrkids.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 20, 2013. This entry has been a long time in the making. After saving for months and postponing our summer vacation we went to DISNEYWORLD! Even when our flight out was delayed two hours , Tanner was still undeniably excited. Hooray, so we spent 5 days in Orlando and had 4 fun-filled park days with great weather and short lines. Day 1: Magic Kingdom. On our first day in the park we were in a rush to get in, pick up our tickets and of course the gift cards. Day 2: Animal Kingdom. Tanner al...

Chasing our kids: February 2012
http://chasingrkids.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 18, 2012. Or as they say in Hawaii. I promise I didn't forget all the help we received while we went on our trip. I was actually hoping to post some pictures of the fun day we took the kids to feed some ducks and look for turtles. But, after trying hopelessly to get the pictures from the sd card, i realized a small piece had broken off the edge, and thus the camera would not read the card. My kids had SO much fun! Too bad they ALL got sick! Thank You Thank YOu Thank YOu! As happens, li...

Chasing our kids: December 2011
http://chasingrkids.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 18, 2011. See the green grass on the ground? Mostly the days have been really cold here in the high 50's and low 60's, although we hit 80 earlier this week. I have become really wimpy and enjoy the seat heater in my car in the mornings. But we still enjoy most of our time outdoors this time of year before the summer heat shuts us in again. What's been happening in the last few months since I posted? WE took Grandma and Grandpa Westover to Sea World! Tanner Lost his very first tooth!

Chasing our kids: January 2013
http://chasingrkids.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 2, 2013. A New year with New goals. So last year I was very laid back with this blog, which is too bad because I LOVE looking back over past posts and seeing all the fun things we have been doing! I heard a quote that said "Simply keep a journal, and one day you'll find that your ordinary life is. So one of my goals the year is to blog more often, with or without pictures. So here is a quick re cap of the last little while. But Tanner is not being left out and we have started reading "...

Chasing our kids: How do I love Thee...

Tuesday, February 12, 2013. How do I love Thee. I really do keep busy, I promise not all my time is spend on projects, but they are really fun to talk about. A few weeks ago when the weather was nice, Ty took the kids paddleboarding. They were kind of scared ( from the phrase "Don't move an inch! The water is cold! Do you like the rosettes? Cristine is as always such a sweet girl! Brooklyn sewed her very first quilt on her own sewing machine! Pretend this picture is rotated to the left! The company he wo...

http://chasingrkids.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 25, 2012. It has been a whirlwind of a summer so far. I consider April through July our summer months and August and September our "ultra- summer". And since it has been forever since I have updated my blog, I'll try to share our best highlights! Tanner turned 6 in April (see it has been a loong time since I updated) He wanted a "cars" themed birthday. I was pretty proud of his cake. He has lost his front tooth since this picture and looks adorable! The garden soaked up ALL the rain and h...

The Borgs are in the Haus: Merry Christmas 2013
http://dkborg.blogspot.com/2013/12/merry-christmas-2013.html
The Borgs are in the Haus. Friday, December 27, 2013. It's been an exciting month of December in our house! Our first Christmas in our new house was fun. We rearranged the furniture, put up the Christmas tree and the boys decorated it with all the homemade and sentimental ornaments. I think that we counted 15 candy canes on it when we took it down. Santa was in the yard and Christmas music playing 24/7. We had a great December. It was hard this year as we were trying to balance the checkbook and wanting ...
