C/o 38 Norman House. Oatlands during World War One. 2014 sees the anniversary of "the war to end all wars" and Oatlands had its part to play in that horrific conflinct - overseas and at home. We shall be doing our best to tell the story of our village during those dark days but, for now, we'd like to draw your attention to a 'workshop' being organised by BALH (British Association for Local History), that focusses on the effects of 'strangers' in our local communities up and down the country.
