Vodka is not native to Italy, and Wikipedia. Here’s our version:. 2 cups roasted tomato sauce. 1/4 pound pancetta, sliced thin. 1 cup heavy cream. 3/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. 4 cloves garlic, sliced thin. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley.
