Spicy Tilapia – Baked. 1 pound Tilapia (about 3 filets). 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic. 1/2 tsp Hot Mexican Chili Powder (or just regular chili powder). 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper. 1 Mix all ingredients, except tilapia, in a small bowl.
