It is easy to throw together and a family pleaser! The recipe calls for canned tomatoes and seasonings, However, I like to make it with the fresh bruschetta at Costco and it is so incredibly good! If you don't have the Costco bruschetta, then follow Kraft's recipe and you will still enjoy a very tasty meal! 3 cloves garlic...

I have always been a big fan of Dump cake, ya know the one, with the cherry pie filling, pineapple and cake mix dumped in the pan? Except they call it crunch pumpkin squares. Either way, this a fun and easy recipe for the holidays! 1 can 30 oz pumpkin Pie filling ( make sure it is pie filling and not pure pumpkin). 1 pkg yellow or golden cake mix.

Food Journal: My Lunch (Bee Hoon Soup)
http://mytastebude.blogspot.com/2011/03/my-lunch-bee-hoon-soup.html
Tuesday, March 1, 2011. My Lunch (Bee Hoon Soup). This is what i had for lunch today. It's from a stall in Chinatown Market beside CK. What i like about this is the minced pork is not fatty, no pork smell and its nicely marinated with soy sauce and other seasoning. The whole dish will include an egg, button mushroom, veg, minced pork and ikan bilis. Guess the price? It's only $2.50 for takeaway. (Where to find at this price now? My mom shared this yummy recipe with me at a family reunion. It is another great summer recipe, although I also served it at a New Year's Eve party and it was a total hit. It kind of reminds me of a bean salad with the marinade, but way better! 1 can each-drain and rinse. 1 c green pepper. 2 cans diced green chilies.
