My friend was named the executrix of her father's estate and she was unaware of what to do or where to turn for help. Prior to launching Organization Matters. I worked in corporate management for a major transportation company in New York City, a Fortune 500 manufacturing company headquartered in the Midwest, and a management consulting firm in Shanghai.
