I've made it twice - once slightly overdone and once slightly underdone thanks to the finicky nature of my oven, but it was decadent and delicious both ways. It's incredibly easy, and frankly puts most flourless chocolate cakes I've gotten in restaurants to shame. (And yes, I bought a springform pan just for this recipe - amazon.
