Jun 26, 2012. June has brought with it the end of school for wee ones and the beginning of a luscious summer. No waking early to meet demanding schedules. No fritting between here and there. Just us being us and doing us things. Oak island called to us and so we went. Lavishing in the sand and surf, long walks on the pier and ferry rides to neighboring islands. WOW Four years ago tonight I was in the hospital, thinking I was there for the long haul on bedrest because my water broke at 31w5d with the boys. I delivered them the next morning at 6:23 and 6:25 via c-section. It's almost like the two littles didn't even remember snow. Although the fact that they were 3 and 2 the last time we did have snow might be why.
