One Man One Pan. Saturday, January 9, 2010. Hardware.or rather, Cookware. Supposedly all the dishes in this book can be prepared using about a dozen pans and items. What a perfect exercise in this recession world we are living in. Who knew one could make something as exotic as Spicy Citrus-Glazed Duck Breasts for four people in a single skillet! Dutch Oven (Got that). Cast-Iron skillet (this too). These plus a few knives, a digital thermometer, and a few mixing bowls and I should be all set.
