Jenny Hughes Pottery
I was born in Kidderminster, a small town in the middle of England in 1946. Throughout my life my appreciation of art has influenced everything I have done from designing in my home or garden to preparing a family meal. The need for me to express my feelings and emotions artistically has grown more strongly as time has passed but I had not found the art form that really satisfied me. Then, in 1993 my life changed dramatically. I took my first pottery lesson and bought my first computer.

Orleton House
We have retired from the National Gardens Scheme and we will no longer be opening our garden to the general public. The garden was open between 2003 and 2011 under the National Gardens Scheme Yellow Book and has raised about £100,000 for charity. Closing the garden gates. In July 2006 The Orleton Park School, Wellington, Telford closed its doors to students from the surrounding area for the last time. This site is a bit of an homage to the students and staff.
