Thursday, September 22, 2011. Happy FIRST Birthday Brinkley! Where has this year gone? Yesterday, I looked back at her in her big girl car seat, drinking her sippy cup of milk and realized I don't have a baby anymore! It feels like I was just holding her for the first time and now she is crawling circles around me! This past year has meant more to me than any part of my life! Ike and I have really took on this parenting role and forgot what it was like before her! Everything she does is precious to us!

We have had quite the week of Pumpkin Patches and Halloween Parties! I have always LOVED all HOLIDAYS but with a little one it just makes it even better! Her facial expressions when she saw Daddy with straw hat and Mommy with a crazy nose were hilarious! She was so confused but laughed once she realized it was us! Brinks will be tomorrow).

Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Ike had TWO Valentine's! Brinks invited all of her friends over for breakfast, some yummy treats and playtime! Everyone had fun watching all 10 little ones playing! If our group keeps growing at this rate we will have to start renting a space to get together! Later Ike came home with ROSES for Brinkley and me! It was precious. He made a picnic in the backyard and spent sometime being her Valentine! Probably the only Valentine he will let her have until shes 25 haha!

Monday, March 5, 2012. We have been so busy lately that blogging nor relaxing has been the forefront of my thoughts! So last weekend helped change that. A good relaxing LONG weekend in Hopetown! The weather was amazing, the food was yummy and my new James Patterson book rocked. We all had so much fun, grilling out and hopping around the town! Since we bought our house I realize how much I love the kitchen being open to our living area! I love to COOK. Which makes it so much more pleasant when I can watch her playing and catch up on my favorite shows! I hold some recipes close to my heart an am a recipe snob about them but others I would love to share! So enjoy my recommendations! Chicken dinner for 2. Bake until chicken is golden. Friday, May 4, 2012. Discussions have been brewing for several months about adding on to our house or putting it for sale and moving on to our next "home"! It's extremely sad because we absolutely LOVE our house but with our latest news we have made the decision.MOVING! So with chances of bed rest in the future.ORGANIZATION is in the present!
